Because of Poverty's Demise.org's unique nature as a web based, open source charity initiative, revenues will quickly exceed costs. Revenue surplus, not earmarked for PDO development projects, will be evenly distributed amongst qualified recipients as a social welfare dividend.

The welfare dividends will appear in the recipients Social Welfare Dividend and can only be applied by the recipient to cover their cost for basic subsistence, such as food and shelter.
