Function Notes:

PDO activates the functionality for various poverty alleviation programs for a particular recipient only after that recipient has submitted required documents to prove need and PDO has verified the documents.

For example, PDO donors will NOT have the option to donate towards an impoverished families' "Rent/Mortgage Assistance" until -ALL- paperwork has been submitted and verified by PDO.

• Through this function PDO aims to assist impoverished families building & maintain proper personal records so that they more easily apply for PDO and other anti-poverty programs
• Through secure online storage of personal documents, PDO aims to motivate govt offices to"Go Green" and require less paper application submittals.
